_\*_ This functionality was introduced in 2.0.11 – you may continue to see place holder cases which are present for many older cases.

The document viewer will now also display .csv and .xls file extension. Previous versions required you to download these files to view.

To access Batch Level documents and notes, simply check if there is a note and or document icon in the batch list. If an icon is present, you can click the icon to activate the Batch Documents and Notes pane which will pop up on the right side of the screen. Alternatively, you can select a batch, then access the 3 dot action menu and select Documents and Notes to activate the same pop over.

In the Batch document section you can move, split, or upload batch level documents-either to another case, or to another batch. You will also find any documents that were unable to be auto sorted into a case.

_!_ You can continue to manage batch level content on a manually created AAA, SCHEDULE place holder case but after the introduction of this improved functionality, all cases in the case list will now accrue a charge on your invoice.
