## Case Notes – Automated and manually added by Users

Each Case allows for the ability to add notes. Some notes will be system generated. These notes will appear as part of the export file.

To add a note find the Notes tab in the Coder, Reconciler, or Data Entry View and select + Note

Make sure to select ' Submit' once the note is written.

Claim Maker automated System generated notes will also appear here when automatically added by Claim Maker.
