This section only applies to users with Admin Manager access permissions and will guide you through how to add new users to your organization and grant/deny access to Facilities, Batches, and Cases in Claim Maker.

**To manage user access to your Organization**

- Log into Claim Maker
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner and select 'Admin Manager' from the list.

- Select the 'User' tab and then click 'Add Members'

- Locate the new user to add by entering their full email address. You have to type out the entire email or else the user will not show up as an option.

You will also need to assign a role to your new user in this same pop up. You can always changes this later as needed.

_If you are unable to locate the user – this indicates they have not authenticated via the login screen for Hank Claim Maker and they will need to complete this step BEFORE you are able to grand them Organization and Facility/Batch/Case access._

TO ASSIGN or CHANGE A ROLE

- You will need to assign a role to the new user before they have full access. You will be prompted to assign a role when adding the user to your organization the very first time. To update a user's role, switch to the Role Tab and assign coder access. If this user will be managing user access, they will need the Admin role.

TO ASSIGN FACILITY AND BATCH ACCESS

- Next, select the recently added user and toggle on which facilities you want the new user to have access to.

- If you wish to only allow access to select Batches – toggle to 'None' allowed and then select the '+' next to the toggle to search for batches by DOS.

- Once you have added batches to the user, make sure to select 'Save' to implement your selections.

- Notify the user via email they have received access to batches and cases in Claim Maker.
