Unlinking Providers and NPIs from a facility in Claim Maker can be done in the Admin Manager. Occasionally, the data extractor tool might have matched a provider with the wrong NPI and you need to delete and readd the provider. \

**To Remove/Unlink a provider….**

<Step>Click 'Providers' tab</Step>
<Step>Find the Provider and click 'Remove'</Step>
<Step>Confirm Removal</Step>

Should you need to add this or any new provider this will need to be done inside a batch/case at the specific facility using the 'Advanced Search' tool in the Data Entry&gt;Other tab Provider section. This will need to be done for each facility you need to re-link the provider to. In a future release, this action will also be an action in the Admin Manager.
