# Claim Maker Overview

HANK Claim Maker reads clinical documentation and assembles clean, submission-ready claims.

You work in **batches** of **cases**. Reconcile each case against its schedule from the Reconcile view, then code it from the Coder view — assigning the correct CPT codes and modifiers. **Autocoding 2.0**, HANK's LLM-based medical coder, can code cases automatically at enabled facilities, surfacing human-review elements for anything that needs a second look. The **work queue** filters down to the cases not yet marked Code Complete, and finished batches **export** in submission-ready billing formats.
