- To remove user access to Facilities, simply toggle facility access off.
- To remove user completely from and Organization – remove access to all facilities and contact ui-support@hank.ai to request a permanent delete from Auth0. Note once organization is removed from the user – they will no longer have access to ANY Claim maker data
