The best way to contact support is to click the '?' icon in the upper right hand corner of Claim Maker.

Then click the 'ui-support@hank.ai' email address. This will launch your email client and automatically input all the case information for the current case/batch you have selected.

Fill in a few simple questions and send it away. You will receive an automated response letting you know we received your email and someone will reply shortly.
