Once you have Reconciled a batch – it is recommended to update the states for that batch. There are several batch states available:

- Reconciled
- Gathering Information
- Assigned
- In Progress
- Completed
- Exported
- Charges Entered

\*To update the Batch State… us the dropdown in line with the batch.

Contact your organization's admin if you would like to disable certain batch states or add a new batch state.
