If a patient is missing from the case list, check the facility EMR to verify that a case exists for the patient on the DOS being reconciled.
To Create a New Case…
Use the action menu (3 dots) in the Cases Pane to add a new case to the existing batch. Select 'Create Case' from the menu.
3)Finally, follow the final two steps outlined in the ' Attach a Document to a Case' section to complete the creation of the case.
