Filtering Batches and Cases

To search for specific batches and cases – use the Filter pane. You can access the filter pane from the Batch pane or the Cases pane using the filter icon.
Once the filter pane is open, you can Search for a BATCH by Batch details (ID, DOS, State, Facility,) .
or Search for a BATCH by case details (ID, DOS, State, State Reason, Patient Name, MRN).
Once a Batch is selected, you can use the 'Search for Case in Selected Batch option to narrow down the selected Batch.
As you select filters, the number of criteria used will appear on the filter icon in the Batch and Cases Panes.
To clear filters, simply select the yellow 'Reset to Default' button
