Data Entry Required Fields

In the Data Entry View – you have the ability to control which fields should be marked as 'Required.' Required fields are marked as 'Red' when empty or if confidence level is below .5. To update which fields are considered required in this view contact [email protected]

Note – when non-required fields contain content but the confidence level is below .5- they will be marked with a yellow dot

Common Required Fields to Review

• Patient Details Patient Address (with City, State, and ZIP)
• Insurance Details Guarantor / Responsible Party Address (with City, State, and ZIP)
• Insurance Details Add or remove "Insurance #" sections using the button controls
• Insurance Details Insurance # Carrier Name/Code
• Insurance Details Insurance # Plan Code
• Insurance Details Insurance # Policy NBR
• Insurance Details Insurance # Group NBR (optional field, populate if present)
• Insurance Details Insurance # Address (with City, State, and ZIP)
• Other Details Case Time Anesthesia Start and End Times
• Other Details Anesthesia Staff
• Other Details Additional Details Surgeon
• Other Details Additional Details Patient Type
• Other Details Additional Details Admission Status
