Delete a Case

If you find that you do not need to include a case in a batch you can choose to mark it as ignore or you have the option to delete the case all together.
To delete a case…
1) Select the case to delete
2) Click the 3 action dots to pull up the cases menu in the Cases Pane and select 'Delete Case'
3) Finally, confirm the deletion. If you need the case restored, you can contact [email protected]
