Customize Batch and Case States

In the Admin Manager section (requires the 'Admin Role') there is a section where you can turn on or off individual Batch States, Case States, and Case State Reasons. When you toggle these items off, these options will no longer be available to users to apply to batches or cases. Note there are some read – only items that you cannot edit.
