In order to restore a deleted case make sure to have the BATCH where the case was deleted from selected…

To restore a deleted CASE…

Select the Batch the case was deleted from
Click the 3 dot action menu in the CASES pane.
Select 'View deleted cases from Batch ###'

Select 'View deleted cases from Batch ###'

Find the deleted case and click restore next to it

Find the deleted case and click restore next to it

**If you cannot locate your deleted case, you may have the wrong BATCH selected.
